About Thinktier · founder-operated

A company-building platform with Spanish roots and global ambition.

Thinktier exists to build technology companies at the intersection of three structural shifts: AI search rewriting distribution, energy transition reshaping markets, and Spanish-speaking economies becoming digital-first.

The story

The next generation of companies will not be won by the best ideas, but by the best operating systems built around them.

Thinktier was founded on that observation. Most ventures fail not because the thesis was wrong, but because product, brand, distribution, automation and operations were built separately, sequentially, by people who didn’t talk to each other. Thinktier integrates them from day one.

Our roots are Spanish. We operate across Iberia, Latin America and Brazil — and we’re disciplined about adjacent bets where we can extend our edge. We start where we have unfair advantage; we scale where the market pulls us.

The operating system, in brief

Six stages. Every company.

Every Thinktier company runs on the same six-stage architecture. It’s the discipline behind everything on this site. The system in full →

The founder

A house run by the person who founded it.

I’ve spent my career building digital companies — as a developer, an operator and a founder. My work sits at the intersection of three disciplines most teams keep separate: SEO and GEO, technology architecture, and the operating layer — CRM, automation, AI agents — that lets a small team run a real company. I build hands-on with WordPress, headless stacks and modern web architectures, and I’ve followed Web3 closely enough to know where it earns a place in a portfolio and where it doesn’t.

Inside Thinktier I operate several portfolio companies hands-on — those closest to SEO, GEO, content and product infrastructure — and oversee the rest. The job I take most seriously is building the operating system itself: the shared SEO, GEO, automation and product patterns that compound across every company we add to the portfolio.

Thinktier exists because of one conviction: distribution is the real moat, AI search is the structural shift of the decade, and operating discipline is the multiplier. Iberia and Latin America are where that conviction has an unfair advantage — and that is where we start. The market decides where we go next.

Operating principles

The convictions behind the model.

Distribution

Distribution is infrastructure.

Modern companies need organic visibility, AI-search presence and trust systems built into the product from day one. We don’t bolt marketing onto products; we engineer products to be findable.
Geography

Geography is an advantage, not a ceiling.

We’re deep in Iberia and Latin America, where we speak the languages, know the markets and have operating relationships. We start where we have unfair advantage; we scale where the market pulls us.
Software

Software is leverage.

Code, automation and AI let small teams build and operate companies that previously required much larger organizations. We treat that leverage as core infrastructure.
Ownership

Ownership compounds.

Brands, code, data, audiences, domains and intellectual property are long-term assets. We build to own.
Focus

Focus creates authority.

Each venture is specialized enough to become credible and visible in its own market. Generalists rarely win.

Mission

To build, acquire and scale technology companies that create long-term value across Iberian and Latin American markets — and from that base, where the market pulls us next.

Vision

To be the operating platform of reference for technology companies built in Spanish-speaking and Iberian markets — known for execution, distribution and patient capital.
