We build companies AI recommends.

Thinktier builds, acquires and scales technology companies in Spanish-speaking markets. Every one is born with distribution installed: it gets found on Google, in ChatGPT and in the answers that don't exist yet.

The Tier system · six layers

A company doesn't finish stages. It has layers, or it's missing them.

“Your tier is the lowest layer you're missing, not the highest you've touched.”
  1. TIER 0

    Thesis

An argument for why this market, and why now.

    We install
    Market map · why-now memo · search-landscape audit
    Measurable?
Judgement. Does it name a concrete inefficiency?
  2. TIER 1

    Brand

A name that can hold authority.

    We install
Name and narrative · positioning · a resolvable entity
    Measurable?
Partly — own domain, sameAs, a branded result
  3. TIER 2

    Produces

Something exists that serves the market, and can be used today.

    We install
Architecture and stack · MVP · shared infrastructure
    Measurable?
Yes — it exists or it doesn't
  4. TIER 3

    Distributes

People find it without paying per visit.

    We install
    Schema and entity graph · answer-shaped content · a 30-prompt panel
    Measurable?
Yes — answer share, % of non-paid demand
    Where almost everyone gets stuck
  5. TIER 4

    Automates

    Volume grows without proportional headcount.

    We install
CRM · workflows · dashboards · AI agents
    Measurable?
    Partly — revenue per person
  6. TIER 5

    Compounds

Its assets make the next company cheaper.

    We install
Stack, data and audiences reused across the portfolio
    Measurable?
Judgement. Does it reuse the previous company's assets?

Almost everyone thinks they're at Tier 4 because they have automations. They're at Tier 2 because they have no distribution. The full scale, with its methodology →

The portfolio

Seven companies. Tiers published, the low ones too.

Each brand stands on its own; what they share is the operating system. We publish every company's tier because a house that sells distribution has to show its own.

No portfolio company is past Tier 3 yet, and most are held back by the same layer: distribution. It isn't a portfolio problem. It's the instruction for where the resources go — and we say so in public. Every profile →

Geography

We're not everywhere. We're where we read the market without a translator.

Spain is the base. Latin America and Brazil are where digital demand grows faster than the supply serving it — and where winning in Spanish-language search costs a fraction of what it costs in English.

For companies that already earn

The Tier 3 Agreement. Distribution for equity.

If your product works and nobody finds it, you're at Tier 2. We install the missing layer and take ownership instead of a fee. And the equity only vests if you get there.

Minority equity
15–25%

Scaled to how much of the distribution layer goes in. No majority, no board seat, no operational control.

Operating fee
300–500€/mo

Over a 12-month renewable term. Covers the panel, the measurement and the execution.

Vesting against measured tier
3months

Holding the Tier 3 targets written in at signing. If you don't get there, nothing vests.

  • A 30-prompt panelYour buyers' real questions, measured every month across five engines.
  • Answer-shaped contentPages an engine can cite: direct answers and defined terms.
  • Classic search, underneathTechnical SEO, internal linking and performance: the foundations most people skip.
  • AutomationPublishing, measuring and reporting without adding headcount.

How it's measured

  • The prompt panelAnswer shareHow often you're named or cited across thirty prompts and five engines.
  • Search Console and BingOrganic reachNon-branded visibility for the queries your buyers actually use.

What we look for

  • An operator in chargeYou run it. We install one layer and measure it.
  • Distribution as the missing layerIf what's missing is product, we'll tell you on the first call.

Why Thinktier

We're not a fund, not an agency, not an accelerator.

Ownership

We operate; we don't just allocate.

We hold equity in everything we touch and operate alongside the teams running each company. Founders join an operating system, not a cap table.

Focus

We have a geography.

Spain, Latin America and Brazil. We start where we have an unfair advantage and scale where the market pulls.

Distribution

We win in search and in AI search.

SEO and GEO aren't an add-on: they're how we get found. Autoridad Digital is also the lab where the methodology is tested.

Time

We build patiently.

By default, we hold. An exit is an option, not the goal — and every company has to make the next one cheaper.

Questions

What people ask us first.

What is GEO and how is it different from SEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the discipline of getting generative engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and AI Overviews — to name and cite a company in their answers. SEO wins positions in a list of links; GEO wins mentions inside an answer. Both rest on the same technical foundations, which is why Thinktier installs them together.

What is Thinktier?

Thinktier is a venture studio and holding company that builds, acquires and scales technology companies across Iberia, Latin America and Brazil. Every company is born with distribution installed: SEO and GEO from day one, so it gets found on Google and in the answers of AI engines.

Is Thinktier an investment fund?

No. Thinktier is a venture studio and holding company: it builds and operates its own companies and takes equity in companies where it installs a specific layer. It doesn't manage third-party capital.

Does Thinktier buy companies?

Yes. It looks for digital businesses with a real product in Spanish-speaking markets, especially those with demand and missing distribution or a succession plan. The Tier diagnostic is a good first step: it tells you which layer is pulling the asset's value down.

How is a company's tier measured?

With six layers — Thesis, Brand, Produces, Distributes, Automates and Compounds — and one rule: the tier is the highest layer the company reaches without skipping one below. Three layers are measured with data and three are judgement, and the methodology says so in public.

Founders · operators · investors
